How it works

1. Cast Faith's Reward by paying its mana cost
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Faith's Reward.
4. Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Naru Meha.
5. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Faith's Reward
6. Resolve the Faith's Reward copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Repeat from step 3.

This elegant loop turns a single casting of Faith's Reward into an engine of limitless recursion, fueled by the mana-generating sacrifice outlet of Phyrexian Altar. By casting Naru Meha, Master Wizard into the mix, her enters-the-battlefield ability instantly targets the original Faith's Reward on the stack to copy it. Before that copy resolves, you sacrifice Naru Meha to Phyrexian Altar to get the mana needed to start over, sending her safely to the graveyard so the resolving Faith's Reward copy can return her straight back to the battlefield.
