How it works

1. Cast Faith's Reward by paying its mana cost
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Faith's Reward.
4. Holding priority, activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Naru Meha.
5. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Faith's Reward
6. Resolve the Faith's Reward copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Repeat from step 3.

This mesmerizing loop relies on an endless resurrection cycle fueled by Altar of Dementia to continuously sacrifice your own engine. When you drop Naru Meha, Master Wizard into the mix, her enters-the-battlefield ability instantly copies the Faith's Reward sitting safely on the stack. As the copy resolves and brings Naru Meha right back from the graveyard, you simply repeat the process to mill your opponents' entire libraries into oblivion.
