How it works

1. Cost Not Dead After All by paying , targeting a creature you control.
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying 2.
3. When Naru Meha enters the battlefield, it triggers, copying Not Dead After All, with the copy targeting Naru Meha
4. Resolve the copy of Not Dead After All.
5. Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Naru Meha, adding CC.
6. When Naru Meha dies, it triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield with a Wicked Role token attached to it.
7. When Naru Meha enters the battlefield, it triggers, copying Not Dead After All, with the copy targeting Naru Meha.
8. Resolve the copy of Not Dead After All.
9. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Naru Meha, adding CC.
10. When Naru Meha dies, it and the Wicked Role token attached to it trigger.
11. Resolve the Wicked Role trigger, causing each opponent to lose 1 life.
12. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a Wicked Role token attached to it.
13. Repeat from step 7.

This clever loop turns Ashnod's Altar into an infinite mana and life-drain engine by continuously looping Naru Meha, Master Wizard. By casting Not Dead After All on a creature and then bringing in Naru Meha to copy that spell targeting herself, you establish a self-sustaining cycle of sacrifice and resurrection. Each time Ashnod's Altar consumes Naru Meha for colorless mana, her own undying-style safety net returns her directly to the battlefield to repeat the magic.
