How it works

1. Cost Not Dead After All by paying , targeting a creature you control.
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying 2.
3. When Naru Meha enters the battlefield, it triggers, copying Not Dead After All, with the copy targeting Naru Meha
4. Resolve the copy of Not Dead After All.
5. Holding priority, activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Naru Meha.
6. When Naru Meha dies, it triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield with a Wicked Role token attached to it.
7. When Naru Meha enters the battlefield, it triggers, copying Not Dead After All, with the copy targeting Naru Meha.
8. Resolve the copy of Not Dead After All.
9. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Naru Meha's power.
10. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Naru Meha.
11. When Naru Meha dies, it and the Wicked Role token attached to it trigger.
12. Resolve the Wicked Role trigger, causing each opponent to lose 1 life.
13. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a Wicked Role token attached to it.
14. Repeat from step 7.
