How it works

  1. Cast Presumed Dead by paying its mana cost.
  2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
  3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, copying Presumed Dead, with the copy targeting Naru Meha.
  4. Resolve the copy of Presumed Dead.
  5. Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Naru Meha.
  6. When Naru Meha dies, it triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  7. Repeat from step 3.

This delightful loop turns a simple combat trick into an engine of endless rebirth, utilizing Presumed Dead to constantly rescue our key Wizard from the grave. By casting Naru Meha, Master Wizard into the stack, we copy the spell to target Naru Meha itself, setting up a permanent self-sustaining cycle whenever she hits the battlefield. Ashnod's Altar acts as our sacrificial engine, cashing in the resurrected wizard for raw colorless mana while conveniently triggering her death and return clause over and over again.
