How it works

1. Cast Feign Death by paying its mana cost.
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, copying Feign Death, with the copy targeting Naru Meha.
4. Resolve the copy of Feign Death.
5. Holding priority, activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing Naru Meha.
6. When Naru Meha dies, it triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Repeat from step 3.
8. Resolve all Bloodflow Connoisseur abilities from step 5.

This loop turns Naru Meha, Master Wizard into a self-replicating engine by using her own enter-the-battlefield trigger to copy Feign Death, targeting Naru Meha herself with the new copy. Once that safety net is established, Bloodflow Connoisseur provides the necessary sacrifice outlet to send Naru Meha to the graveyard, instantly triggering the Feign Death effect that returns her straight back to the battlefield. Because Naru Meha triggers anew every time she arrives, she can copy Feign Death all over again while the Connoisseur grows endlessly large from the repeated sacrifices.
