How it works

1. Cast Entering by paying its mana cost, targeting any applicable target.
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Entering.
4. Holding priority, activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Naru Meha.
5. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Entering, with the copy targeting Naru Meha
6. Resolve the Entering copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Repeat from step 3.

By casting Entering to pull Naru Meha, Master Wizard straight from your graveyard, you set up a recursive loop fueled by Naru Meha's own entering-the-battlefield trigger copying the original sorcery. As Naru Meha enters and targets the spell to copy itself back from the graveyard, Bartolomé del Presidio acts as the vital sacrifice outlet to send the Wizard right back where she started, growing larger with every iteration thanks to his +1/+1 counter ability.
