How it works
Cast Return to Action by paying its mana cost.
Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, copying Return to Action, with the copy targeting Naru Meha.
Resolve the copy of Return to Action.
Holding priority, activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Naru Meha.
When Naru Meha dies, it triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Repeat from step 3.
Resolve all Bartolomé del Presidio abilities from step 5.
This clever loop lets you recast spells endlessly by establishing a recursive cycle with Naru Meha, Master Wizard. When Naru Meha enters the battlefield, its triggered ability targets the original copy of Return to Action, creating a mirrored spell that brings the Wizard back whenever it perishes. To trigger that return, you feed Naru Meha to Bartolomé del Presidio's sacrifice ability, pumping up Bartolomé del Presidio with +1/+1 counters in the process. Because Return to Action replaces the trip to the graveyard by immediately putting Naru Meha back onto the battlefield tapped, the loop restarts seamlessly every time Naru Meha hits the board.
