How it works

1. Cast Ascend from Avernus by paying 4
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Ascend from Avernus.
4. Holding priority, activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Naru Meha.
5. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Ascend from Avernus
6. Resolve the Ascend from Avernus copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Repeat from step 3.

This looping engine relies on Naru Meha, Master Wizard entering the battlefield to copy an instant or sorcery spell on the stack, which in this case is Ascend from Avernus. Because Phantom Train is ready to sacrifice Naru Meha to its activation before the copy resolves, you can neatly cycle Naru Meha into the graveyard just in time for the resolving Ascend from Avernus copy to bring it right back to the battlefield. This recursive loop endlessly repeats the entry and sacrifice of Naru Meha, generating boundless triggers while leveraging Phantom Train as the sacrificial engine that keeps the cycle turning.
