How it works
- Cast Breach the Multiverse by paying its mana cost, targeting any applicable target.
- Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
- When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Breach the Multiverse.
- Holding priority, activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Naru Meha.
- Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Breach the Multiverse, with the copy targeting Naru Meha
- Resolve the Breach the Multiverse copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield.
- Repeat from step 3.
This loop turns *Breach the Multiverse* into a self-sustaining engine by using *Naru Meha, Master Wizard* as both the spell-copier and the perpetual target. Each iteration begins by casting *Breach the Multiverse*, which is copied by *Naru Meha, Master Wizard* as she enters the battlefield. Before the copy resolves, you sacrifice *Naru Meha, Master Wizard* to *Altar of Dementia* to mill cards and send her back to the graveyard. The resolving copy of *Breach the Multiverse* then plucks *Naru Meha, Master Wizard* right back out of the graveyard to restart the loop, allowing you to mill everyone out and steal every creature from all libraries in the process.
