How it works

1. Cast Black Sun's Twilight by paying 5
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Black Sun's Twilight.
4. Holding priority, activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Naru Meha.
5. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Black Sun's Twilight
6. Resolve the Black Sun's Twilight copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Repeat from step 3.

This clever loop harnesses Naru Meha, Master Wizard's ability to copy spells upon entering the battlefield by endlessly recurring her from the graveyard. You initiate the sequence by casting Black Sun's Twilight with enough mana to meet its threshold, then flash in Naru Meha to copy it.
