How it works
Cast Airbending Lesson by paying its mana cost, targeting any applicable target(s).
Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost reduced by Animar.
Animar triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, copying Airbending Lesson targeting Naru Meha.
Resolve Airbending Lesson, airbending Naru Meha.
Holding priority, cast Naru Meha from exile by paying 2 reduced by Animar.
Repeat from step 3.
This clever loop turns the unassuming utility of Airbending Lesson into an infinite engine by using Naru Meha, Master Wizard as a self-referential cloning target that constantly refreshes itself from exile. Whenever Naru Meha enters the battlefield, her ability copies the spell, and targeting Naru Meha with that copy lets you instantly bounce her out of harm's way so she can be recast. Meanwhile, Animar, Soul of Elements acts as the ultimate cost reducer, growing larger with each iteration thanks to its +1/+1 counters until recasting Naru Meha from exile becomes entirely free, leaving you to draw your entire deck in the process.
