How it works

1. Cast Mirage Mockery by paying its mana cost, targeting a creature you control.
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha either from your hand or from the command zone by paying 2 plus commander tax, if applicable.
3. When Naru Meha enters the battlefield, it triggers, copying Mirage Mockery, targeting Naru Meha.
4. Resolve the copy of Mirage Mockery, creating a token copy of Naru Meha.
5. Put either Naru Meha into your graveyard due to the legend rule.
6. Repeat from step 3.

When you cast Mirage Mockery to copy a creature and follow it up with Naru Meha entering the battlefield, her ability targets that very spell on the stack, creating a brand-new token copy of the wizard herself.
