How it works

1. Cast Infuse with Vitality by paying its mana cost.
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, copying Infuse with Vitality, with the copy targeting Naru Meha.
4. Resolve the copy of Infuse with Vitality.
5. Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Naru Meha.
6. When Naru Meha dies, it triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Repeat from step 3.

This clever loop is ignited the moment Naru Meha, Master Wizard enters the battlefield and uses her triggered ability to copy Infuse with Vitality, targeting herself to ensure she's protected upon death. Once that copy resolves, you can instantly sacrifice Naru Meha to Phyrexian Altar to generate a mana of any color while triggering her return to the battlefield via the spell's delayed effect. Because Infuse with Vitality also grants a modest 2 life each time it's cast or resolved, this entire engine easily sustains itself into infinite colored mana, sacrifices, life, and wizard ETB triggers.
