How it works

1. Cast Return to Action by paying its mana cost.
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
3. When Naru Meha enters, it and Blasting Station trigger.
4. Resolve the Blasting Station trigger, untapping it.
5. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Return to Action, with the copy targeting Naru Meha.
6. Resolve the copy of Return to Action.
7. Holding priority, activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing Naru Meha.
8. When Naru Meha dies, Return to Action triggers, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield.
9. Repeat from step 3.
10. Resolve all Blasting Station abilities from step 5.

This loop relies on an ingenious self-rebooting cycle centered around Naru Meha, Master Wizard. When Naru Meha enters the battlefield, her triggered ability copies Return to Action, which is specifically aimed right back at her to ensure she comes back when she dies. Meanwhile, Blasting Station provides both the sacrifice outlet to send her to the graveyard and the damage needed to close out the game, all while constantly untapping itself thanks to Naru Meha's repeated entries.
