How it works

1. Cast Release to the Wind by paying 2
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost plus commander tax if applicable
3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, copying Release to the Wind, targeting Naru Meha.
4. Resolve the Release to the Wind copy, exiling Naru Meha
5. Cast Naru Meha from exile without paying its mana cost.
6. Repeat from step 3.

This clever loop lets you recast Naru Meha, Master Wizard indefinitely by leveraging Release to the Wind's unique exile-and-recast clause. Whenever Naru Meha enters the battlefield, its triggered ability targets the original Release to the Wind on the stack, creating a copy that banishes Naru Meha and sets it up to be cast again immediately for free. Because Release to the Wind allows you to play the exiled card without paying its mana cost, this recursive cycle costs nothing of your mana once initiated, turning Naru Meha into a self-sustaining engine for infinite enters-the-battlefield triggers, storm count, and magecraft prowess.
