Cast What Must Be Done by paying 3, targeting any historic permanent card in your graveyard.
Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying 2.
When Naru Meha enters the battlefield, it triggers, targeting What Must Be Done.
Holding priority, activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing Naru Meha, dealing 1 damage to any target.
Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying What Must Be Done, targeting Naru Meha.
Resolve the copy of What Must Be Done, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield with two +1/+1 counters on it.
Repeat from step 3.
This clever loop turns the graveyard-recursion side of What Must Be Done into an endless engine by using Naru Meha, Master Wizard as a self-replicating target. When Naru Meha enters the battlefield, her ability copies the original spell to continually fish her right back out of the graveyard whenever she hits it. Meanwhile, Goblin Bombardment provides the instant-speed sacrifice outlet needed to put Naru Meha back into the graveyard in the first place, all while weaponizing the entire cycle to deal infinite damage to any target.
