How it works
Cast Prison Break either from your hand by paying 4 or from your graveyard for its mayhem cost by paying 3, targeting any applicable target.
Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Prison Break.
Holding priority, activate Thermopod by sacrificing Naru Meha.
Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Prison Break, with the copy targeting Naru Meha
Resolve the Prison Break copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Repeat from step 3.
This clever loop turns recursion into an engine by continuously recycling Naru Meha, Master Wizard and Prison Break. As Naru Meha enters the battlefield, its triggered ability targets the original Prison Break on the stack, and sacrificing Naru Meha to Thermopod in response both feeds the loop with red mana and puts Naru Meha into the graveyard so Prison Break's copy can bring it right back.
