How it works

1. Cast Return to Action by paying its mana cost.
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, copying Return to Action, with the copy targeting Naru Meha.
4. Resolve the copy of Return to Action.
5. Holding priority, activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Naru Meha.
6. When Naru Meha dies, it triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Repeat from step 3.
8. Resolve all Altar of Dementia abilities from step 5.

This elegant loop turns Naru Meha, Master Wizard into a self-sustaining engine by utilizing her own entry trigger to continually recast the spell that resurrects her. When Naru Meha enters the battlefield, she copies the previously cast Return to Action, targeting herself to ensure she always comes back when she hits the graveyard. Once Return to Action's effect is locked in, Altar of Dementia provides the catalyst to sacrifice Naru Meha, feeding her right back into the battlefield while simultaneously milling your opponents out completely.
