How it works

1. Cast Echo Storm by paying 3, targeting Naru Meha.
2. Echo Storm triggers, creating a copy of itself, targeting Naru Meha.
3. Resolve the copy of Echo Storm, creating a token copy of Naru Meha.
4. Put the token Naru Meha into your graveyard due to the legend rule.
5. The Naru Meha token's enters-the-battlefield ability triggers, creating a copy of Echo Storm, targeting Naru Meha.
6. Repeat from step 3.

This clever Commander loop hinges on turning your spells and creatures into artifacts using Biotransference, allowing Echo Storm to target Naru Meha, Master Wizard. When you cast Echo Storm targeting Naru Meha, the resulting copy creates a token copy of her; because Naru Meha is a legendary creature made into an artifact, the legend rule immediately puts the token into your graveyard, triggering its enters-the-battlefield ability to copy Echo Storm once again. This creates a self-sustaining loop that generates an infinite storm of creature tokens, death triggers, and enter-the-battlefield effects right in the middle of combat or your main phase.
