How it works

1. Cast Extract from Darkness by paying its mana cost
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Extract from Darkness.
4. Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Naru Meha.
5. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Extract from Darkness
6. Resolve the Extract from Darkness copy, causing each player to mill two cards and returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Repeat from step 3.

This loop harnesses a brilliant recursion engine powered by Extract from Darkness to continually dredge your library and battlefield. When you cast Extract from Darkness and respond by casting Naru Meha, Master Wizard, her enter-the-battlefield ability goes on the stack targeting the original spell. By immediately sacrificing Naru Meha to Phyrexian Altar, you generate a mana and send her to the graveyard just in time for the copied Extract from Darkness to resolve—which not only forces each player to mill two cards, but also pulls Naru Meha right back out of the graveyard and onto the battlefield to repeat the cycle infinitely.
