How it works

1. Cast Extract from Darkness by paying its mana cost
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Extract from Darkness.
4. Holding priority, activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Naru Meha.
5. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Extract from Darkness
6. Resolve the Extract from Darkness copy, causing each player to mill two cards and returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Repeat from step 3.

This clever loop kicks off when you cast Extract from Darkness to mill your opponents and set up your graveyard, immediately backed by Naru Meha, Master Wizard to copy the spell upon entry. Instead of letting Naru Meha stick around, you feed her to Phantom Train's sacrifice ability to animate the Vehicle while instantly refunding her via the resolving Extract from Darkness copy, which pulls Naru Meha straight back from the graveyard. Because Naru Meha re-enters the battlefield to trigger all over again, you can repeat this cycle endlessly to mill your entire library and churn out infinite death and sacrifice triggers.
