How it works

1. Cast Abnormal Endurance by paying its mana cost.
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, copying Abnormal Endurance, with the copy targeting Naru Meha.
4. Resolve the copy of Abnormal Endurance.
5. Holding priority, activate Shilgengar by sacrificing Naru Meha.
6. When Naru Meha dies, it triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Repeat from step 3.
8. Resolve all Shilgengar abilities from step 5.

This elegant loop turns the self-replacing persistence of Abnormal Endurance into an endless engine powered by Naru Meha, Master Wizard's spell-copying entry trigger. When Naru Meha copies Abnormal Endurance targeting herself, she sets up a perpetual motion machine of sacrifice and return. Stepping into the graveyard doesn't stop her, because Shilgengar, Sire of Famine is right there to cleanly harvest her with a sacrifice, turning each iteration into a steady stream of Blood tokens while the endurance effect constantly rebirths the Wizard to do it all over again.
