How it works

1. Cast Return to Action by paying its mana cost.
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, copying Return to Action, with the copy targeting Naru Meha.
4. Resolve the copy of Return to Action.
5. Holding priority, activate Shilgengar by sacrificing Naru Meha.
6. When Naru Meha dies, it triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Repeat from step 3.
8. Resolve all Shilgengar abilities from step 5.

This looping engine relies on Naru Meha, Master Wizard entering the battlefield to copy Return to Action, targeting Naru Meha itself to ensure it returns whenever it dies. With that insurance policy established, you can sacrifice Naru Meha to Shilgengar, Sire of Famine's ability to generate a Blood token. Because Return to Action triggers upon Naru Meha's death, it immediately brings the Wizard right back to the battlefield to repeat the entire cycle endlessly.
