How it works

1. Cast Prison Break either from your hand by paying 4 or from your graveyard for its mayhem cost by paying 3, targeting any applicable target.
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Prison Break.
4. Holding priority, activate Shilgengar by sacrificing Naru Meha.
5. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Prison Break, with the copy targeting Naru Meha
6. Resolve the Prison Break copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Repeat from step 3.

This ingenious loop turns Shilgengar, Sire of Famine into an engine that continuously recycles your fallen allies by converting their sacrifice into a mountain of Blood tokens. To pull it off, you cast Prison Break to target a creature in your graveyard, then flash in Naru Meha, Master Wizard so her entry trigger can copy the spell right back at her. Before the copy resolves, Shilgengar's activated ability lets you sacrifice Naru Meha to generate a Blood token, allowing the resolving Prison Break copy to return Naru Meha safely to the battlefield to repeat the entire process anew.
