How it works

1. Cast Pain 101 by paying its mana cost.
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, copying Pain 101, with the copy targeting Naru Meha.
4. Resolve the copy of Pain 101.
5. Holding priority, activate Shilgengar by sacrificing Naru Meha.
6. When Naru Meha dies, it triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Repeat from step 3.
8. Resolve all Shilgengar abilities from step 5.
