How it works

1. Cast Splash Portal by paying its mana cost.
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost plus commander tax if applicable.
3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, copying Splash Portal, with the copy targeting Naru Meha.
4. Resolve the copy of Splash Portal, blinking Naru Meha.
5. Repeat from step 3.

This brilliant loop turns a simple blink spell into an endless cyclical engine by leveraging Naru Meha, Master Wizard and Splash Portal in perfect harmony. When Naru Meha flashes onto the battlefield, her enter-the-battlefield ability targets the very Splash Portal currently sitting on the stack, creating a copy that resolves to exile and return Naru Meha to the battlefield anew. Because Naru Meha keeps re-entering to copy Splash Portal each time it is cast or copied, you generate infinite creature leave-the-battlefield and enter-the-battlefield triggers, alongside boundless magecraft opportunities to close out the game.
