How it works
Cast Afterlife from the Loam by paying at most 5.
Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying 2.
When Naru Meha enters the battlefield, it triggers, targeting Afterlife from the Loam.
Holding priority, activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Naru Meha.
Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Afterlife from the Loam, targeting Naru Meha and any other creature(s) as desired.
Resolve the copy of Afterlife from the Loam, returning the targeted creatures from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Repeat from step 3.
This intricate loop relies on looping Afterlife from the Loam to repeatedly reanimate creatures from the graveyard, while Phantom Train acts as the essential sacrifice outlet to feed the engine. When you cast Afterlife from the Loam, you respond by casting Naru Meha, Master Wizard so its enters-the-battlefield ability can copy the original spell. Before the copy resolves, Phantom Train sacrifices Naru Meha to put a +1/+1 counter on itself, sending the Wizard safely back to the graveyard. The copied Afterlife from the Loam then resolves to bring Naru Meha right back to the battlefield alongside whatever else you choose, triggering a fresh copy to repeat the cycle indefinitely.
