How it works
Cast Prison Break either from your hand by paying 4 or from your graveyard for its mayhem cost by paying 3, targeting any applicable target.
Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Prison Break.
Holding priority, activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Naru Meha.
Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Prison Break, with the copy targeting Naru Meha
Resolve the Prison Break copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Repeat from step 3.
This cunning loop sets up an infinite resurrection engine by leveraging Naru Meha, Master Wizard and Prison Break to copy and recur the sorcery over and over. Because Naru Meha's enter-the-battlefield trigger can target the very spell that creates the copy, you can perpetually bounce the Wizard back and forth from the graveyard. Phantom Train provides the crucial sacrifice outlet to feed this engine, letting you bin Naru Meha right in response while building up massive +1/+1 counters on the Vehicle itself.
