How it works
Cast Lively Dirge by paying 1 plus an additional 2 to select its second mode, targeting a card in your graveyard.
Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Lively Dirge.
Holding priority, activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Naru Meha.
Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Lively Dirge
Resolve the Lively Dirge copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Repeat from step 3.
This clever loop uses Phantom Train as a sacrifice outlet that can simultaneously animate itself into a creature and grow larger with +1/+1 counters every time you feed it a piece. By casting Lively Dirge with its reanimation mode, you target Naru Meha, Master Wizard in your graveyard so that her entry trigger can copy the spell right back off the stack. With Naru Meha repeatedly sacrificing herself to the Train and resurrecting herself via the copied Dirge, you generate an endless cascade of enters-the-battlefield, death, and sacrifice triggers.
