How it works

1. Cast Dockside Extortionist by paying 1.
2. When Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating at least seven Treasure tokens.
3. Activate six Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding 3.
4. Cast Step Through by paying 3, targeting any two creatures.
5. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying 2.
6. When Naru Meha enters the battlefield, it triggers, copying Step Through, targeting Dockside Extortionist and Naru Meha.
7. Resolve the copy of Step Through, returning Dockside Extortionist and Naru Meha from the battlefield to your hand.
8. Repeat steps 1-3 one additional time.
9. Repeat from step 5.
