How it works

1. Cast Temporal Manipulation by paying 3.
2. Jin-Gitaxias triggers, copying Temporal Manipulation.
3. Holding priority, cast Venser by paying 2.
4. When Venser enters the battlefield, it triggers twice, returning itself and the original Temporal Manipulation to your hand from the battlefield and stack respectively.
5. Resolve the copy of Temporal Manipulation, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
6. Repeat each turn.

This brilliant loop achieves infinite turns and a total soft-lock by layering a cascade of powerful triggers. When you cast Temporal Manipulation, Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant steps in to copy it while simultaneously shutting down your opponents' counterspells. Meanwhile, Virtue of Knowledge doubles up Venser, Shaper Savant's entry trigger, allowing Venser to bounce both himself and the original Temporal Manipulation right back to your hand so you can cast them again on your extra turn.
