How it works
Activate up to five lands by tapping them, adding at least 2.
Cast Peregrine Drake by paying its mana cost.
When Peregrine Drake enters, it triggers twice. Resolve the first trigger, untapping five lands.
Holding priority, activate up to five lands by tapping them, adding at least 2.
Resolve the second Peregrine Drake trigger, untapping five lands.
Cast Stonecloaker by paying its mana cost.
When Stonecloaker enters, it triggers twice, returning it and Peregrine Drake from the battlefield to your hand.
Repeat.
This clever loop turns the self-bouncing mechanics of Stonecloaker and the untapping power of Peregrine Drake into a self-sustaining engine. Because Virtue of Knowledge is sitting on your board amplifying triggered abilities, each entering creature triggers twice—doubling both the Drake's land-untapping power and the Stonecloaker's self-return clause. By floating mana in response to the doubled triggers and continuously replaying both creatures, you generate infinite mana, storm count, and entry triggers.
