How it works

1. Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing Lesser Masticore.
2. When Lesser Masticore dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
3. When Lesser Masticore enters, Mm'menon triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Lesser Masticore.
4. Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability.
5. Repeat.

This looping engine lets you feed Lesser Masticore to Bloodflow Connoisseur over and over, generating endless death and sacrifice triggers. Every time Lesser Masticore dies, its persist ability brings it back with a -1/-1 counter, but the arrival of the artifact creature immediately triggers Mm'menon, Uthros Exile to place a +1/+1 counter on it. Because state-based actions neutralize opposing +1/+1 and -1/-1 counters simultaneously, the Masticore enters cleanly with zero counters each time, ready to be sacrificed right back to Bloodflow Connoisseur.
