How it works

1. Cast Mirror Image by paying its mana cost, choosing to have it enter the battlefield as a copy of Felidar Guardian
2. When Mirror Image enters the battlefield, it triggers, blinking Felidar Guardian.
3. When Felidar Guardian enters the battlefield, it triggers, blinking Mirror Image. Choose to have Mirror Image enter the battlefield as a copy of Felidar Guardian.
4. Repeat from step 2.

This elegant loop turns a simple clone effect into an endless dance of arrival and departure. By casting Mirror Image as a copy of Felidar Guardian, you instantly trigger an enter-the-battlefield ability that blinks the original Felidar Guardian. When that original Felidar Guardian returns, its own trigger blinks Mirror Image right back, letting it re-enter as another fresh copy of Felidar Guardian to repeat the cycle indefinitely.
