How it works

1. Activate Nissa's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, causing Minamo to become a 0/0 Elemental creature with haste that's still a land, and putting three +1/+1 counters on it.
2. Activate Arixmethes by tapping it, adding .
3. Activate Minamo's second ability by paying and tapping it, untapping Ioreth of the Healing House.
4. Activate Ioreth of the Healing House's second ability by tapping it, untapping Minamo and Arixmethes.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop turns the legendary land Minamo, School at Water's Edge into an engine of continuous mana generation by exploiting its ability to untap legendary permanents.
