How it works

1. Activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing Ashcloud Phoenix.
2. When Ashcloud Phoenix dies, it triggers, as well as its undying ability if it does not have a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. Resolve the first trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield face-down.
4. When Ashcloud Phoenix enters the battlefield face-down as a 2/2 creature, Blasting Station triggers, untapping Blasting Station.
5. Resolve the second Ashcloud Phoenix trigger, doing nothing.
6. Activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing Ashcloud Phoenix.
7. When Ashcloud Phoenix dies, it triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
8. When Ashcloud Phoenix enters the battlefield, Blasting Station triggers, untapping Blasting Station.
9. Resolve the Blasting Station abilities from steps 1 and 6, dealing 2 damage to any target.
10. Repeat.
