How it works

1. Cast Bill either from your hand or from the command zone by paying 3 plus commander tax if applicable.
2. When Bill enters, its first ability triggers, creating two Food, Clue and Treasure tokens due to Academy Manufactor.
3. Activate Bill by sacrificing a Food, targeting itself.
4. Monk Gyatso triggers, airbending Bill.
5. Bill's ability from step 3 fizzles due to having no legal targets.
6. Activate the Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding 2.
7. Cast Bill from exile by paying 2.
8. Repeat from step 2.
