How it works

1. Activate Tortured Existence by paying and discarding a creature card, returning another creature card from your graveyard to your hand.
2. Teval triggers, creating a creature token.
3. Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing the creature token.
4. When the creature token dies, Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating a Treasure token.
5. Resolve the Phantom Train ability.
6. Activate a Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding .
7. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Tortured Existence to continuously cycle creature cards between your hand and graveyard, paying its modest mana cost with the help of Pitiless Plunderer. Every time a creature card leaves your graveyard, Teval, the Balanced Scale triggers to reward you with a 2/2 black Zombie Druid token. You can then feed that token into Phantom Train to pump its stats, which in turn causes Pitiless Plunderer to generate a shiny new Treasure token to keep the cycle going.
