How it works

1. Activate Saffi, targeting Angel of Glory's Rise.
2. Sacrifice Angel of Glory's Rise to Ashnod's Altar adding 2.
3. Saffi's delayed trigger returns Angel of Glory's Rise to the battlefield.
4. Angel of Glory's Rise's trigger returns Saffi to the battlefield.
5. Repeat.

This loop relies on an infinite recursion engine fueled by a brilliant alliance between graveyard retrieval and sacrifice. You sacrifice Saffi Eriksdotter to place a delayed safeguard on Angel of Glory's Rise, which is then fed directly into Ashnod's Altar to generate colorless mana. When the angel perishes, Saffi's trigger brings her back, and the returning Angel of Glory's Rise immediately triggers its enter-the-battlefield ability to resurrect Saffi from the graveyard alongside any other waiting humans. This seamlessly resets the entire board state for another iteration, letting you repeat the cycle endlessly.
