How it works

1. Cast Angel of Glory's Rise by paying 5.
2. When Angel of Glory's Rise enters the battlefield, it triggers.
3. Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Angel of Glory's Rise, adding CC.
4. Resolve the Angel of Glory's Rise trigger, exiling all Zombies, then returning all creature cards from your graveyard to the battlefield.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop relies entirely on Rukarumel, Biologist to rewrite the very nature of your creatures, designating a chosen type that bridges the gap between your engine pieces. Thanks to that continuous type modification, Angel of Glory's Rise counts as a Human (along with every other creature card in your graveyard), allowing its entry trigger to resurrect itself alongside your entire discarded army. You then feed that same Angel of Glory's Rise to Ashnod's Altar, converting your sacrificed board into the colorless mana needed to recast her and repeat the cycle endlessly.
