How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Mana Vault by tapping them, adding CCC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Mana Vault.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This clever engine harnesses the top-deck mastery of One with the Multiverse to cast spells right from your library, turning Ghostly Flicker into a recurring blink machine. By targeting both Mana Vault and Mystic Sanctuary with the flicker, you constantly reset their states—re-tapping Mana Vault for a massive surge of colorless mana while its heavy untap restriction and upkeep damage become entirely irrelevant. Meanwhile, the lands entering untapped triggers Mystic Sanctuary's ability, allowing you to seamlessly tuck Ghostly Flicker back onto the top of your library to play it all over again.
