How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Grim Monolith by tapping them, adding CCC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Grim Monolith.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This elegant loop turns the top of your library into an endless engine, fueled entirely by the combination of One with the Multiverse allowing you to cast spells directly from the library without paying their mana costs once a turn. You cast Ghostly Flicker to exile and return both Mystic Sanctuary and Grim Monolith, generating a surplus of colorless mana from the monolith's taps. When Mystic Sanctuary re-enters the battlefield untapped, its triggered ability immediately recycles Ghostly Flicker right back onto the top of your library, setting up the next iteration.
