How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Sisay's Ring by tapping them, adding CC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Sisay's Ring.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This elegant loop hinges on leveraging One with the Multiverse to cast spells directly from the top of your library while utilizing its once-per-turn free cast to jumpstart the engine. By tapping Sisay's Ring for colorless mana and Mystic Sanctuary for blue, you generate the exact mana required to cast Ghostly Flicker. The spell then blinks both the ring and the land, causing Mystic Sanctuary to re-enter the battlefield untapped and trigger its ability to place Ghostly Flicker right back on top of your library, ready to be drawn and cast again.
