How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Sceptre of Eternal Glory by tapping them, adding 3
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Sceptre of Eternal Glory.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This infinite loop turns a simple land and artifact into a self-sustaining engine, beautifully unlocked by One with the Multiverse allowing you to cast spells directly from the top of your library. By tapping Sceptre of Eternal Glory for a surplus of mana and Mystic Sanctuary for blue, you fund Ghostly Flicker to bounce both permanents simultaneously. Because Mystic Sanctuary enters the battlefield untapped, its triggered ability snaps Ghostly Flicker right back to the top of your library, ready to be played again and again for infinite mana and triggers.
