How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Ur-Golem's Eye by tapping them, adding CC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Ur-Golem's Eye.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This elegant loop lets you recast Ghostly Flicker indefinitely by leveraging the static permissions of One with the Multiverse to play it directly from the top of your library. Whenever Ghostly Flicker resolves, it blinks both Ur-Golem's Eye, which conveniently supplies the necessary mana to fund the next cast, and Mystic Sanctuary. Because Mystic Sanctuary enters the battlefield untapped, its triggered ability snaps into action to place Ghostly Flicker right back onto the top of your library, waiting for One with the Multiverse to cast it again.
