How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Basalt Monolith by tapping them, adding CCC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Basalt Monolith.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop transforms a humble land and a heavy artifact into an engine of endless value, all orchestrated from the top of your library. With One with the Multiverse in play, you gain the supreme vantage of looking at your library's top card and casting spells right from it, while also enjoying the once-per-turn exemption to cast a spell for free. To keep the gears turning, you tap Basalt Monolith for three colorless mana and tap Mystic Sanctuary for blue, fueling the casting of Ghostly Flicker. As the spell resolves and blinks both permanents back into play, Mystic Sanctuary's triggered ability steps in to place Ghostly Flicker right back on top of your library, ready to be drawn or cast again for infinite mana, storm, and landfall triggers.
