How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Gilded Lotus by tapping them, adding 3
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Gilded Lotus.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on the top-deck manipulation of One with the Multiverse to turn a modest mana engine into an infinite spectacle. By tapping Gilded Lotus alongside Mystic Sanctuary, you generate the exact amount of blue and generic mana needed to cast Ghostly Flicker, which resets both permanents. When Mystic Sanctuary reenters the battlefield untapped, its triggered ability conveniently fishes Ghostly Flicker right back out of your graveyard and places it precisely where One with the Multiverse demands: on top of your library, ready to be cast again.
