How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Relic of Sauron by tapping them, adding 2.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Relic of Sauron.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This ingenious loop relies on turning your lands and artifacts into a self-sustaining engine, fueled by Relic of Sauron to supply the exact blue mana needed to cast Ghostly Flicker over and over. Each iteration sees Ghostly Flicker blink both Mystic Sanctuary and Relic of Sauron, and because Mystic Sanctuary enters the battlefield untapped, its triggered ability swoops in to place Ghostly Flicker right back on top of your library.
