How it works

1. Activate Relic of Legends' second ability by tapping Traxos, adding 1.
2. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
4. Traxos triggers, untapping itself.
5. Repeat.

With that vantage point established, Sensei's Divining Top can repeatedly tap to draw a card and place itself back on top of your library for just one mana, which you pay using the mana generated by tapping Traxos, Scourge of Kroog to Relic of Legends' second ability.
